I am 100% entrepreneur! I am obsessed with marketing and personal mind-set development .

I hate when they do that!

Here I am just trying to get a little advice

and they're trying to shove their program

down my throat.

I am 100% a generic coach and advocate to this industry.

I teach and train others now.

I’ve always told myself that when I do find all the RIGHT
answers, that I would share them with whomever wants to listen.

I am so full of knowledge that I truly just want to freely share w/ others that which was handed down to me.

In our industry, that's how it works.

It's kind of like a graduation process.

There comes a time when an uncommon mentor entersyour life, and with them they bring the "keys" to thekingdom, and if you are TRULY ready to take your lifeto the next level, you will then be handed those keys,which will allow you to reach the income levels you so desire.

But ONLY if you have FAILED long enough.

My Story

I've been in the home based business industry since 1993.

I AM 100% entreprenuer!

My industry experience goes in FOUR 5 year durations.

My first 5 years in mlm/direct marketing (1993 to 1998') were like most peoples experience (a lot of ups and downs). At the end of those 1st 5 years I had my monthly residual income check up to $3500 per month, in one mlm company, then the next month they closed their doors. Lesson learned?...1 is the loneliest number when it comes to home business ownership. Diversify! Don't DO the MLM company...do YOU and earn from many multiple streams of income!

The 2nd 5 years (1998 to 2003) I swore off network marketing forever, and started more traditional types of businesses. You know, the ones with employees. What a headache that was. I felt like a babysitter, but for adults.

During my 3rd 5 year stretch (2003 to 2008), and after dealing with employee problems... I was introduced to the book, RICH DAD POOR DAD -by Robert Kiyosaki... and I decided to LOOK back into the mlm/direct marketing industry. But, ONLY as a student/researcher. I spent those 5 years, and thousands of dollars, studying all the top industry giants/gurus. Mentors like; Diane Hochman, Mike Dillard, Joe Schroeder, Franco Gonzalez and Jonathan Budd.

During that same time period(2003-2008) that I was studying to become a professional network marketer, my traditional business(temporary airbrush tattoos)(I owned a stand inside an indoor water park from 2003-2008)was taking a nose dive, AND I had started to raise my family (Madison was born in 2003)(Wyatt 2006)(and my wild child...Weston, in 2010).

So...my income was going down down down, month after month, and my expences were going up up up, at the same exact time.

Between 2003 and 2008 we were doing VERY well financially... but when the economy crashed in 2007/2008... so did my business!

Which brings me to my last 5 year duration (2008 to 20013). Which I call my STRUGGLE years!

I knew that I needed to make some changes if I wanted to really become successful.

I knew I needed to make enough money every month to pay my regular monthly bills PLUS have enough leftover to cover my monthly dues for whatever program(s) I'm in, AND some for a monthly advertising budget.

So what did I do? What changes did Dean make?

I moved out of a 4 bedroom home in the country...and into a 2 bedroom apartment in the city = lowered my rent by $400 per month.

I changed around, and bundled a lot of my other monthly expences = lowered my bills by $300 per month.

I ALSO GOT RID OF CABLE!!!!

I got a JOB! I know I know...A JOB!! Yuk!! But if I really wanted that sweet success, changes MUST be made. So I got me a F/T job delivering pizzas from 5pm - 2am(5 nights per week).

I also started my own window washing service to make extra money on top of my full time job... so I could to afford to ADVERTISE my home based business.

So... the 4th 5 year stretch for me (2008 to 2013)...

was a STRUGGLE!!

But now it's 2014... and my bills are met every month! I'm making money! I'm generating leads for free and very cheap using social media! I'm building ANOTHER residual income! And I invest 20% of my profit into my PAID advertising budget... that's also building my home business like crazy... and I can show you how too!

It's so SIMPLE!

My confidence level has risen as well, because I'm not worried about coming up with money to pay my bills all the time anymore, and because of all the knowledge and success that I have acquired by being a TRUE business owner and building a TRUE home based business, and teaching others how to do the same...without them getting hurt(by way of wasted time & money on things that don't work).

Man I'm telling ya...

You can cut your learning curve by 90% if you know what I've learned in the past 20 years!
